The Showroom Series is just another name for our Facebook LIVE Sales! We used to do in-person sample sales, but realized we had to cast a wider net to reach our entire community. That's why we decided to start hosting Facebook LIVE Sales! We wanted to give EVERYONE (not just our west coast locals) a chance to score some great deals, one-of-a-kind products, samples, core products, and even exclusive releases.
We heard all your great feedback and we listened! We invested in some new software that will help make our LIVES sooo much better so that you can sit back, relax, say what's up to your fellow animals, and snag some sick SpiritHoods pieces along the way!

HOW DO I GET ON THE EMAIL LIST?
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE DURING THE LIVE SALE?
1. Join us on the date/time of the event (check our Events Page for details).
2. All products will have an Item Number associated with it. The Item # may be verbally announced and/or shown via an overlay that displays the Item # + Price + Available Sizes (if applicable).
3. When you see an item you’d like to purchase, comment "SOLD + ITEM# + SIZE (if applicable)”. For example, to purchase item #001 in size L (for Large), you would need to comment: SOLD 001 L (Capitalization does not matter, but spelling and spacing do!)
IMPORTANT: Always comment SOLD on anything you want—even if someone seemingly beat you to it! When you comment SOLD on an item that's unavailable, you will be placed on the waitlist for that item. If the buyer fails to check out or if additional units become available, the next potential buyer (in the waitlisted order) will be notified and offered a chance to purchase the item. Awesome, right?!
HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
If an item is unavailable because it's in someone's cart, Comment SOLD + Item # (+ Size if applicable) to get on the waitlist. If you're on the waitlist, you'll get a second chance at winning the item if the person who has it in their cart doesn't successfully check out. Anyone who fails to check out by the end of the sale or before their checkout link expires will forfeit the item(s) and the item(s) will be offered to the next potential buyer(s) in the waitlisted order.
If you commented incorrectly, we’ll send an automated message letting you know that we cannot read your message. Make sure your spelling is correct and comment again to purchase (DO NOT edit the incorrect comment).
WHAT IF I COMMENTED "SOLD" ON THE WRONG ITEM?
If you comment SOLD and reserve something you didn’t mean to, you may remove the item(s) from your cart by visiting your CommentSold account or through the checkout link we sent via DM. Once the item has been released from your cart, it will automatically be offered to the next potential buyer.
CAN I STILL PURCHASE AFTER THE LIVE?
YES! You may re-watch the video and comment SOLD even after the LIVE sale is over. Simply comment SOLD + Item # (+ Size if applicable) and if the product is available, the system will automatically add it to your cart and send you a link to check out. If the item is unavailable, you will be added to the waitlist and will be contacted should the item become available for purchase.

CHECKOUT & PAYMENT PROCESS:
1. ALL SHOWROOM SERIES PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. Currently, only PayPal payment is accepted.
2. The first customer / first few customers to comment SOLD + ITEM# + SIZE (if applicable) will automatically be sent a direct message (DM) with a link to check out.
3. Check out ASAP! Your checkout link will expire at the end of the LIVE. If you are provided a link after the LIVE, it will expire after 2 hours.
4. If you do not check out before your link expires, the item will automatically be offered to the next potential buyer. Our automated system will go down the waitlisted queue until a buyer successfully checks out.
