FREE standard shipping on U.S. retail orders greater than $149!

PLEASE NOTE: The return information listed below is for consumer (or “individual”) customers only. This does not apply to wholesale accounts.

Shipping Policy

In-stock orders ship within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. All stock orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Orders placed after 12:00pm are typically processed the following business day. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. You may also choose to upgrade to expedited delivery for an additional charge. You will be notified if there are any out of stock items and its expected receipt date. All orders will be shipped via FedEx.

If you place multiple orders within 1-2 business days, and they are going to the same address, we will combine the orders and ship them together. You will be refunded for your shipping cost and notified immediately.

Shipping Costs

Domestic  and International Shipping rates are calculated at check out. You will be able to select your method and service at check out.

Services Offered: FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Overnight, FedEx International Economy.

USPS is only used for a shipping method for PO/Military addresses only.

*PLEASE NOTE: The shipping price will automatically adjust to your location, meaning pricing will vary. Only standard Economy International Shipping is offered for international orders. We do not do expedited international shipping.

Holiday Shipping Policy

If you are purchasing a Spirithood as a Christmas gift, orders shipped via ground Fedex must be placed on or before midnight of Dec. 15th, for guaranteed delivery. Orders shipped via Fedex Express must be placed on or before noon on Dec. 18th.

Confirmation on Shipping

When your item has been shipped we will send you an email confirming your shipment and provide you with your tracking number.

International Shipping

SpiritHoods offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom

International shipping rates may vary depending on the country that we are shipping to. Typical transit time is between 3-10 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delay of several weeks. When a package is in transit tracking is not provided for you package, we can only confirm delivery.

CUSTOMS FEES & VAT TAXES

All international orders are subject to be charged an additional VAT or Customs Tax, these fees and taxes vary by country. SpiritHoods has no way of knowing what these charges will be as they vary by country and are based off the price you paid when purchasing on the SpiritHoods website. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. SpiritHoods is not responsibly for any additional charges when they occur, and by law we cannot declare prices lower than their actual value. If you used a discount code, we do honor that pricing on all international forms, but legally we cannot adjust anything lower than what you paid.  You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Additionally, when ordering from SpiritHoods.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift,” but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Refused Shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from SpiritHoods.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to SpiritHoods.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.

Backorder Policy

If you have backordered items in your cart at checkout, those items will not be shipped to you until the item(s) are in stock and available to ship. During the checkout process, you will be able to select if you want all of your items to be shipped together or separate. You will be able to see expected ship dates for backordered items, but these dates are subject to change. You will not be charged additional freight for backordered items that do not ship with your original order.

Shipping Address Options

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process. Please make sure that the correct address corresponds to the designated billing and shipping areas on the form.

Lost/Missing Packages

SpiritHoods are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
