Purchasing Limits on Collector Edition Products
SpiritHoods reserves the right to limit individual orders to two units (per style) to each person / household. We reserve the right to cancel any order completely, no matter the shipping status; if you are suspected of re-selling collectors edition hoods within 15 business days of the product launch date (Guaranteeing the seller has the item in their paws!). All customers will be notified immediately upon cancellation and will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to refuse service, or limit purchases to one unit for all suspected re-sellers who sell before the item has arrived in their possession. SpiritHoods has no control over the resell prices once the SpiritHoods Item is in the individuals possession.
As a general practice, SpiritHoods LLC (“Spirit Hoods”) creates all its designs and art work in-house and does not accept unsolicited designs, artwork, material or media that is not represented by a reputable agent, agency, or manager. Any unsolicited designs, artwork, material or media of any kind, etc. will be discarded and will not be read. The purpose of this policy is to avoid any potential misunderstandings if your original work seems similar to a Spirit Hoods Original Work since many works and submissions are based on the same or similar ideas. Please note, if you choose to disregard this policy and submit unsolicited materials regardless, you acknowledge that you have read the SpiritHoods submission policy and understand that by making such a submission, you
understand that SpiritHoods has no obligation to you or your submission and that you have no claim whatsoever based on such submission.
