We all know listening to music is good for the soul. But did you know it’s good for the body too?

Researchers have found that blood flows more easily when you’re jamming to your favorite tunes. This means belting out Beyoncé or bopping along with Jay-Z is a doctor-approved, heart-healthy activity. It can also reduce stress, boost your mood, and ease pain.

Can a podcast do that

So, in the name of health (and fun!) we’ve put together this music discovery playlist for you.

Here are some awesome artists from a variety of genres youshould be listening to. Keep reading to learn a little bit about some of our favorites. You’ll find a link to the Spotify playlist at the bottom. So grab your favorite SpiritHood and get ready to groove!
