At SpiritHoods, we inspect each and every product in great detail to ensure it passes our strictest quality assurance standards with flying colors. Our “Almost Purfect” products are ones that didn’t make our pick of the litter because of some minor imperfection. Rest assured, the imperfection in no way impacts the comfort or longevity of the piece, but does make it unsellable at the normal price because it's simply not up to our absolute highest standards. While these products do have imperfections (some imperfections can even make the piece more unique!), we would never sell something unless we felt totally confident you would love the product and look amazing wearing it.

What's The Main Issue With the Graffiti Wolf?
As we started our in-house quality check, we were *so* blown away by the *new*  plush-luxe faux fur, we almost missed the issue ourselves! As a few team members started to wear the Graffiti Wolf around the office, and use the paws (Paw-High-Fives Anyone?!) we noticed one of the paws was starting to peel off a bit. Upon further inspection, and diving into some paw-flex-wear-n-tear, it started to peel significantly and come off. Some of the Graffiti Wolves may not have this issue out of the packaging, however, after you start to wear it, use the paws, or, wash it, this will start to happen.

Long story short: You’re getting a MAJOR deal as long as you’re okay with some minor imperfections. —like a paw issue, missing button, damaged button loop, incorrect neck label, missing signifier, thread issues, ear issues, faux fur coloring, or patchy-faux-fur-that is not as soft as other areas, etc.
