First of all we want to apologize to those of you who may have recently received a SpiritHoods product that was defective. We know how disheartening and extremely frustrating it is to receive a damaged product. Your feedback is extremely important to us. It’s how we improve, it’s how we grow, both positive and negative feedback is always welcome. The long and short of it is that the pandemic world is new one in which we are still learning to navigate. Unfortunately labour shortages and bans on certain international travel have prevented us from delivering to our customers in the manner we would like.
Moving forward we have implemented new rigorous quality control measures effective immediately. We do not take these issues lightly the quality of our products has always been what sets us apart from the crowd. Rest assured knowing that we are on it and that you can expect better quality moving forward.
