Job Title: Customer Service Representative 
Position: Full Time
Classification: Non-Exempt
Location: Los Angeles, California
 

Position Summary: 

We’re seeking highly motivated candidates who live and breathe curating an impactful and positive customer service experience while working one on one with others to deliver those results. We are looking for someone to take ownership of our Customer Service Department, bringing in novel ideas and a passion for making our current 5-star experience even better! If you have a track record for creating extraordinary customer experiences and bringing playful positivity to everything you do, then this position may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Manages customer service communication i.e., emails, calls, voicemails, and Facebook direct messages/post
  • Manages customers queries and complaints
  • Submits and manages shipping claims
  • Manages and processes returns and exchanges i.e. re-bagging returns/exchanges and adding it back into inventory
  • Handles the Rewards Program, Yotpo/Swell Rewards and Reviews
  • Maintains inventory database; in-stock, new releases, etc. 
  • Stays up to date on marketing calendar and events to prepare for customer inquiries
  • Maintains a positive disposition when solving problems 
  • Keeps the General Manager informed of customer suggestions, ongoing issues, and potential solutions 
  • Manages immediate and real-time reporting of system glitches or issues
  • Maintains communication with outside organizations such as Shopify (and associated applications), Shipping companies (UPS, FedEx, Etc), and others.
  • Creates monthly report on customer service issues, improvement opportunities, and digital changes that affect the customer experience

The Customer Service Representative is the first voice customers hear when contacting SpiritHoods. We are looking for someone who is positive, proactive, motivated and has great communication skills that shine through each email and Facebook response. This person should be excited and able to listen from the customer's experience and provide a solution that will turn the customer experience around, leaving them feeling acknowledged, AWESOME, and wanting to be part of the SpiritHoods Community.

Knowledge and Skills:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the responsibilities of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool, as necessary. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the workday. Work at a desk and use a computer (typical 3-button - scroll mouse and keyboard) Read documents and computer screen.

 

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This position should not perform any responsibilities in the warehouse.

Job Title:  E-Commerce Product Manager
Classification: Non-Exempt
Position: Full Time
Reports To: General Manager and Marketing Manager 
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who live and breathe e-commerce, merging tech trends, and the inner workings of e-commerce systems. The E-Commerce Manager at SpiritHoods will manage the day-to-day content of the SpiritHoods website, Amazon store-fronts, and Live Broadcast Sales.
This includes maintaining and keeping the company-owned website updated, helping set up products, sales, and keeping the website current via layout, positioning, navigation, verbiage and content to be consistent with the company standards.
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a consistent look and feel across the website ranging from - promoting uniformity fonts, product descriptions, product set up across multiple platforms, front end navigation, blog, and layout.
  • Manage and maintain the site; upload new product; edit and revise product info and images as needed, takedown/move discontinued items. 
  • Help coordinate product launches on the website navigation, front sliders, and collection pages.
  • Work with the Marketing Team helping set up sales and products across all platforms used for selling (Shopify, Skubana, Amazon, CommentSold/Facebook, Instagram, Ebay, etc)
  • Update, verify and assign product attributes ( sizes, pricing, color, collections, SEO, google attributes etc.).
  • Ensure that product information and branding on the website, Skubana and Amazon are consistent with each other.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to execute product releases, major sales, 3rd party fulfillment.
  • Regularly audit website and internal analytics to identify and address areas where functionality, navigation, design, and content need improvement/updating/archiving while upholding evolving web standards and best practices.
  • Help launch, manage and allocate inventory for Amazon + FBA Fulfillment
  • Create UPCS and assign to existing products + inbound products.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Is operationally minded.
  • Is a problem-solver and experienced with working with others.
  • Is attentive to details, extremely organized, and always strives to do the best possible job with any given task.
  • Is knowledgeable of e-commerce backends, social media sales tools, and uses Facebook and Instagram shopping features.
  • Has a positive attitude, is a fast learner and enjoys solving problems related to technology!
Knowledge and Skills:
  •  3+ years in e-commerce platforms: Shopify, Amazon-Seller-Central, Facebook, Instagram, (Bonus if you have worked in the other systems that this position will be using: Skubana, CommentSold, Yotpo, and GS1)
  • Proficient with Google Suite Applications - Gmail, Sheets, Drive, etc.
  • Technologically savvy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle several different priorities
  • Strong work ethic and able to work during busy season – black Friday, etc
  • Clear and effective communication skills - verbal and written - with the team and third parties.
  • Must be proficient in excel, word, typing, organization, Apple computer knowledge, and skills, data entry skills, project management skills, observant and self-motivated
