  3. Order Confirmation: Within 48 business hours, we will begin crafting your coat and send a confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy: You have a 48-hour window after placing your order to cancel. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

The entire process takes 5-6 weeks from the order date:

  • Production: 3-4 weeks
  • Shipping to Los Angeles for Final Quality Check: 1 week
  • Delivery to Customer: 1 week

Note: If any delays occur, our production team will inform us in advance, and we will promptly communicate updates to you.

Our custom coats are priced as follows:

  • Mid-Length Coats: Starting at $579 and $599
  • Floor-Length Coat: $699

Producing a single, made-to-order coat is significantly more costly than batch manufacturing. Instead of utilizing a full production line with specialized craftsmen for each stage, your coat is handled by only a select few highly skilled seamstresses. These artisans must be proficient in every aspect of the production process, which requires a higher level of expertise and experience. As a result, the labor involved is more intensive and comes at a premium.

Yes, all shipping costs are included in the listed prices. There are no additional shipping fees.

Currently, we do not offer additional customizations beyond the available styles and sizes.

Due to the personalized nature of Made-to-Order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
